Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable automation of preparation, labor saving, and stable processing, by constituting the device out of a charge/discharge nozzle capable of putting in/out of a detection body tube, an in/out vessel communicated to the end of the nozzle, a detection body filter, negative and positive pressure pumps, and the like CONSTITUTION:A nozzle 2 capable of putting in/out is inserted to a detection body tube 1, and a negative pressure pump 9 is communicated to the other end of an in/out vessel 3, so as to suck liquid detection body from the tube 1 to the vessel 3. The negative pressure pump 9 and positive pressure pump 10 are alternately communicated to the other end of the vessel 3, and the detection body is sucked out of or returned into the tube 1 so as to stir up the detection body and reagent for reaction. Nextly, while the reacted detection body is held in the vessel 3, the nozzle 2 is drawn from the tube 1, after unsuitable detection body caught with an unsuitable detection body removing filter 4 is discharged, the nozzle 2 is inserted to the tube 1 to return the detection body to the tube 1 through a detection body filter 6. Hereby, automation, labor saving, and stabilization of processing can be attained.
