PURPOSE: To provide a contact panel arranged with a plurality of electric contact points, having high contact reliability, capable of reducing the number of part items and assembling man-hours, and capable of concurrently attaining the EMI countermeasure and ESD countermeasure.

CONSTITUTION: A contact panel is faced with flexible thin-film or thin-plate-like moving contact points above a plurality of contact patterns 2 arranged on a printed board 1. The flexible printed board 1 has bumps 4 protruded upward at the arranged positions of the contact patterns 2, and a backup board 9 provided with holes 10 or recesses at the positions corresponding to the contact patterns 2 is arranged below the printed board 1. Protrusively bent conducting thin plates 14 are brought into contact with the second contact patterns 3 arranged on the printed board 1 so that the moving contact points are faced to the contact patterns 2, or thin film contact points are provided on the lower face of a face sheet 15.
