PURPOSE:To minimize the lag between the set water level in a bath tab and the water level after heated, by computing and correcting the temperature characteristic value of a water level sensor while heated water supply is stopped for a certain period of time and supplemental heating is carried out during heated water supply operation. CONSTITUTION:A water level sensor 4 is installed on a circulating pipe 3 and detects the water head equivalent to the water level in a bath tab 1, and a bath tab temperature sensor 5 detects the temperature of circulating heated water as the heated water temperature in the bath tab 1. A temperature characteristic computing device 23 receives the signals from the water level sensor 4 and the temperature sensor 5, outputs a measuring start signal to a timer device 22, receives a measuring finish signal, and computes a change ratio of the water level versus temperature according to a change in the water level caused by a temperature rise in a specified period of time to output the temperature characteristic of the water level sensor 4. The temperature characteristic is input to a heated water supply supplemental heating correcting control device 24 form the temperature characteristic computing device 23 to correct the detected water level against the set water level of a water level setter 19 installed in a remote controller 18. Heated water supply by a heated water supply device 11 and supplemental heating by a bath supplemental heating device 15 are continued until the water level reaches the corrected level, and the detected heated water temperature reaches the set temperature.
