When the terminal equipment D is interrupted, since the B2 channel of the terminal equipment C and the B1 channel of the terminal equipment E are also interrupted, the terminal equipments C, R recognize it that the terminal equipment D is interrupted. Furthermore, the terminal equipment A recognizes the interruption of the terminal equipment D by data received from the terminal equipment E and the terminal equipment B recognizes the interruption of the terminal equipment D by data received from the terminal equipment C. Then each terminal equipment recognizing the interruption of the terminal equipment D illustrates an external frame of the terminal equipment D in dotted lines or the like to allow the operator of the terminal equipment to recognize the interruption of terminal equipment D.
