PURPOSE: To prevent retention of water droplet at the time of molding on a foamed resin molding to reduce number of components and to decrease its cost by raising the foam molding molded by molds above the molds, then horizontally moving it above a conveyor, then lowering it and loading it on the conveyor.

CONSTITUTION: Molds 200 and a belt conveyor 300 are provided in an apparatus frame 100. A pair of rails 131F are provided at an upper part of the frame 100 so that a truck 500 can travel between a molded form releasing position and a loading position on the conveyor 300. A releasing frame 530 fixed with a holder 600 is provided vertically movably, rotatably to vertical and horizontal states in the truck 500. An attraction pad is slidably provided at the holder 600. When molds 211, 212 are opened after molding, the frame 530 is disposed therebetween, the pad attracts a molded form, and slides it together with an ejection member. After releasing is completed, the frame 530 is raised, rotated to a horizontal state, and the truck 500 is moved to a loading position.
