Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent electric shock accident from occuring upon a bathing man even if electricity leakage out of an electrolytic apparatus happens.
CONSTITUTION: An earthing wire is inserted far into the inside of a water circulating route 3 in the inlet and outlet side of an electrolytic apparatus 5. Consequently, even in a case that electricity leakage occurs in the electrolytic apparatus 5, since the electricity flows from bathtub water flowing in the water circulating route 3 to earthing wires 9, 9, even if a man taking a bath in the bathtub 1 touchs a faucet 11, etc., which is earthed, electric shock accident does not occurs upon the man.
