PURPOSE: To enhance the heat resistance and release resistance of a composite- layered steel panel by laminating one or more set of composite steel panels each of which is formed by inserting a pure aluminum layer with magnesium content of a specific value or less and purity of a specific value or more in the gap between a ferrous metal layer and an aluminum based metal layer with magnesium content of a specific value.
CONSTITUTION: At least one or more set of composite steel panels each of which is formed by inserting an insert material 3 raising temp. forming an intermetallic compd. and bondable to a ferrous metal layer 1 or an aluminum based metal layer 2 containing 0.2-6.0wt.% of magnesium in the gap between the ferrous metal layer l and the aluminum type metal layer 2 are laminated to obtain a composite-layered steel panel. The insert material 3 is an aluminum layer with magnesium content f 0.05wt.% or less and purity of 99.0wt.% or more. The composite steel panel is produced by a hot rolling method, an explosion bonding method, a diffusion bonding method or an HIP method.
