Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a battery accident caused by press-biasing from an outside such as crushing of a battery. SOLUTION: Two saw-toothlike slits 3 are formed in symmetrical positions of the diametric direction of a center pin 1 for a battery ranging from one end in the axial direction of a cylindrical body 2 to its other end. The saw- toothlike slits 3 are formed discontinuously by narrow fragile parts 4 formed in five spots with intervals in the axial direction of the cylindrical body 2. The fragile parts 4 have fragility to be flexible bent or cut when a battery is crushed.
