Abstract:
PURPOSE: To unnecessitate the manual work of workers, to improve the efficiency of work by mechanizing and automating the work and also to reduce the residual stress of all bars properly and uniformly.
CONSTITUTION: A transporting means for transporting bars 2 and a elevating means 7 with which the transported bars 2 are received from the transporting means and elevated to a prescribed height are installed. Heating furnaces 11 two of which make a pair, which are situated opposite each other, also moved relatively in the approaching and separating directions and in which the respective end parts of the bars 2 on the elevating means are housed and heated are installed.
