Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a proper total feed water quantity and total agitating quantity regardless of the water pressure of water-works by finishing a process when a feed water flow rate at the time of rinsing with injection water is monitored and comes to a specified value, and by changing the electrifying rate of a motor according to the feed water flow rate. CONSTITUTION:When rinsing with injection water is started, then by the output of a flow rate sensor 10, the flow rate of water flowing in a feed water course 7 is detected, but the water flow is classified case by case with a water flow controlling section 13, and according to the classification, the ON-time of a motor 4 in the agitating cycle of a pulsator 3 is set each. Besides, the OFF-time of the motor 4 in the agitating cycle is set to be the same in any case, and so as a result, an electrifying rate to the motor 4 is to be changed. In such a case, water flow in a tank 1 gets stronger, as the ON-time is longer, and the water flow gets weaker, as the ON-time is shorter. Besides, by a comparing-discriminating section 14, command for finishing a process is applied to an injection water rinsing process controlling section 15 when a total feed water quantity under injection water rinsing to be detected by the flow rate sensor 10 comes to a specified value. As a result, a necessary total water quantity is properly set.
