Abstract:
PURPOSE:To remedy at a high speed when a defect occurs in a system by detecting a synchronizing signal by sampling and holding the synchronization signal of a power source. CONSTITUTION:The output signal of a transformer 6 for an instrument is rectified by a rectifier 8. On the other hand, a phase locked loop circuit 9 applies a pulse of a time series to a frequency divider 10 in response to the phase difference of the output signals of the transformer 6, and delivers as a sampling signal it to a sample-holding circuit 11. The circuit 11 samples the output of the rectifier 8 by the sampling signal and outputs as a synchronizing signal it. In this manner, it can remedy at a high speed when a defect occurs in a system.
