PURPOSE: To provide an electromagnet being easy to set up and having the improved magnetic efficiency, by a method wherein a magnetic pole piece and a yoke are forced to fit and fix into a guide groove provided in a coil bobbin, and the coil bobbin is covered by a coupling plate.
CONSTITUTION: A guide groove 3b is provided within a coil bobbin 3 made of resin, and an L-shaped magnetic pole piece 2 and a yoke 1 are forced to fit into the groove 3b so that the both sides 1a and 2a of 1 and 2 face each other in the groove. An U-shaped coupling plate 5 is then mounted over the coil bobbin so that both bent sides of 5 come in touch with both sides of 2 and 1. The coupling plate 5 is pressed and held by both sides of yoke 1 and magnetic pule piece 2.
