PURPOSE: To remove an earth anchor from cement mortar by a method in which an inner space surrounded by steel wires is provided at the tip of an earth anchor, an expandible flat tube surroudning the steel wires is set, and the flat tube is expanded when removing the earth anchor.

CONSTITUTION: A hole 15 is provided at the center of the center part 13 of the core 12 of an earth anchor and plural piano wires 16 and porous rubber 24 are provided around the center part 13. They are then covered witn a flat tube 21 to make up the tip portion of the core 12 of the earth anchor. The earth anchor is penetrated into a hole 11 drilled in the ground and fixed with cement mortar. When removing the earth anchor, pressure water is supplied through a pipe 22 leading to the flat tube 21, whereupon the flat tube is expanded, the center part 13 of the core 12 is crushed, and the core 12 is separated from cement mortar 18.
