Abstract:
PURPOSE:To transfer data surely, by holding a request signal for data transfer request to generate an output signal and controlling a gate circuit for controlling the supply of a data holding circuit. CONSTITUTION:A request signal read signal B and a data holding circuit selecting signal C are outputted through a decoder circuit 5 by a CPU1. The CPU1 takes in contents of the request signal A by the read signal B, and contents of the request signal A are held in a holding circuit 11. The holding circuit 11 holds the generation of the request signal A and outputs a high-level gate signal D. A gate circuit 12 receives the high-level gate signal D and outputs the data holding circuit selecting signal C as a selecting signal E as it is, and data of a data holding circuit 8 is taken into the CPU1 and is transferred to a RAM3.
