PURPOSE: To regenerate a code of a receiving signal by an optimum clock phase, by constituting a titled system of a storage element for storing an optimum phase shifting quantity as to every slave station by a digital value, a D/A converter for outputting a value read out of said element, as an analog value, and a phase shifter for varying a phase of a clock in accordance with its output.
CONSTITUTION: As for a phase shifter 4, its phase shifting quantity is controlled by a control signal applied from the outside. A memory 6 consists of a read-only memory (ROM), stores in advance digitally a value of a control signal to be applied to the phase shifter 4 in accordance with each slave station, and reads out and outputs a value of each slave station in accordance with a burst signal. A D/A converter 7 converts a digital output of the memory 6 to an analog signal, and applies it as a control signal to the phase shifter 4. In this way, a code of a receiving signal can be regenerated by an optimum clock phase in every slave station, by making a burst position of each slave station an address, reading out a storage value of the memory 6, controlling the phase shifter 4, and varying its phase shifting quantity.
