Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a rubber-PVC laminate and a method for manufacturing the same having excellent decorative properties and productivity without thermal decomposition and discoloring of PVC.
CONSTITUTION: A rubber.PVC laminate 1 formed by connecting a PVC material 11 to a rubber material 12, and the material 11 contains at least triazinethiol 10. The thiol 10 contains 0.5-10% (by weight) to 100% of the PVC material. The material 11 is formed by laminating pastelike material on the material 12 while heating to vulcanize it from extrusion molding. The material 11 is laminated on the material 12 while heating to vulcanize it.
