Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an engaging part of a valve body from coming off from a holder even when the holder is made of a material of low strength, and facilitate the fitting of the valve body to the holder.
CONSTITUTION: A master cylinder is provided with a through hole 71 which is formed in a holder 70 and whose diameter is larger than those of rods 51, 61 of valve elements 50, 60 and smaller than those of engaging parts 52, 62, a notch part 73 to be formed in the through hole, and a cylindrical member 74 which is fitted into the holder 70 after the holder 70 is engaged with the valve elements 50, 60 and covers the outer circumference of the engaging parts 52, 62 of the valve element with the hold.
