Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an electromagnet capable of freely adjusting the real time activation speed of high speed responsiveness, saving energy, saving materials, prolonging an operation life, lowering a cost and facilitating modularization. CONSTITUTION: This electromagnet is not provided with a demagnetizing clearance between an armature 1 and an iron core 4 in a holding state. An energy storage means generates a moment for bringing rotation to the armature 1, and after the exciting coil 5 of the electromagnet is de-energized, slight rotation is generated to the iron core 4 by the armature 1 and the electromagnet is demagnetized. In the design system of a freely controllable power supply means to the electromagnet, a means for generating the entire phase angle conducting trigger signals and the means for generating phase shift trigger conducting trigger signals and energizing the electromagnet in activation and holding states are used.
