PURPOSE: To accomplish well balanced grinding of externals of a base metal as well as to simultaneously grind the top cutting surface and the back cutting surface of a tip saw so as to provide good cutting quality by a mere reciprocating rotational operation of a handle, a longitudinal movement adjusting operation and a lateral rotation adjusting operation of a grinder mounting base and a locking operation of a locking device even if the base metal is provided with a plurality of tips fitted on its circumferential edge.
CONSTITUTION: A grinder mounting base 2, which is capable of making a longitudinal movement adjusting operation and a lateral rotation adjusting operation with a supporting shaft 4 as its datum point, and a rotationally moving body 9, which is placed in rotational movement under a braking condition by a lateral reciprocating rotationally moving operation of a handle 16, are provided oppositely to a base 1. A base metal 22 provide with tips 24 is fitted on braking conditioned mounting shaft erected integratedly on an eccentric position of the rotationally moving body 9. A locking device 27, which elastically locked to one of the saw blades 24a on the base metal 22, is provided on one side of a base 1.
