PURPOSE: To efficiently enough and quietly execute dehydration rinsing for rinsing the washing by executing the dehydration by rotating a tank, while pouring water into the inside of a washing and dehydrating tank.

CONSTITUTION: In the upper part of a tank, an inner cover 14 having a water pouring part 21 being long in the radial direction of the tank is provided, so that water is poured into the tank from its water pouring part 21 at the time of dehydration rinsing. Also, at the time of dehydration rinsing, a rotational speed of the tank is detected, and based thereon, the rotation of the tank is executed at a roughly constant low speed. Moreover, a water supply flow rate to the inside of the tank is detected, and based thereon, the smaller the water supply flow rate is, at the lower speed the tank is rotated. Furthermore, based on a result of the water supply flow rate, the smaller the water supply flow rate is, in the longer time the tank is rotated.
