PURPOSE: To save labor when changing the attribute values of plural GUT parts into the same value by providing a GUT editing part for setting the attribute values of GUI parts to be selected by a GUI parts selecting instruction at the attribute value of the GUT parts for which the attribute value is already set.

CONSTITUTION: Based on an edit signal, a GUI editing part 22 edits correspondence relations 3-5 mutually between the respective GUI parts read into a GUI interaction part 6 and edits the correspondence relations 3-5 mutually between the respective GUI parts stored in a storage part 2. On the other hand, the GUI editing part 22 can set the attribute values of GUI parts and in that case, when an attribute value setting ending command is inputted to an input part 1, the setting of the attribute value is finished. On the other hand, when a GUI parts selecting command to select the GUI parts excepting for the GUI parts which attribute value is already set is inputted to the input part 1 before the attribute value setting ending command is inputted to the input part 1, the attribute value of the GUI parts selected by the GUI parts selecting command is set to the attribute value of GUI parts which attribute value is already set.
