PURPOSE: To easily confirm the recording state on a sheet in the case of stacking the sheets face down on an ejected-sheet stacking part.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet ejection port 11 is opened in the upper part of the front 10a of the recorder main body 10, and the ejected-sheet stacking part 12 on which the recorded sheets S are stacked in a face down state is provided right below the opening. On the outside surface of the front 10a below the ejected-sheet stacking part 12, a check window 13 through which a user can look at the inside is provided. Inside the confirming window 13, a carrying path 15 along which the recorded sheet S is carried with the recorded side facing the confirming window 13 is provided along the inside surface of the front 10a. When the recording state on the sheet S after recording is confirmed, the recording side of the sheet S is viewed through the confirming window 13.
