Abstract:
PURPOSE:To manufacture smooth hollow panel building materials whose widths are different from each other by the use of the same mouthpiece, by a method wherein a mouthpiece tip opening plate is made changeable, the tip part is separated from a core positioned on the rear of a closure part of the tip opening plate having the minimum opening and is made detachable. CONSTITUTION:Only two sheets of tip opening plates 2, 2a are exchanged according to products. At the time when the tip opening plate 2a having a narrow opening is used, cores 4a at both end parts out of the cores are on the rear of a closure part of the tip opening plate 2a. When the core 4a at this position is projected up to a surface position of the tip opening plate 2a, the tip opening plate 2a can't be fitted. Therefore, a tip part of the core 4a is constituted so that tip parts 10a, 10b, 10c becomes removable.
