PURPOSE: To measure initial bonding strength of a corrugated fibreboard highly accurately and simply and feed back the information thereof swiftly to a production line, etc.
CONSTITUTION: A peeling part 200 is provided with a winding part W whose winding speed is changeable while tension is given onto a liner 13, a tension control part J which measures the tension applied by the winding part W to output it as a tension signal and also controls the winding speed of the winding part W based on the tension signal so that the changes in tension may vary more slowly than those of peeling strength, a peeling strength measuring part I which measures a true tension applied when the liner 13 is to be peeled off and output it as a peeling strength signal, and a calculation part F which calculates a peeling strength based on the difference between the peeling strength signal and applied tension and displays the initial bonding strength just after bonding.
