PURPOSE: A wood waste fuel evolving H2 and O2 by high-temp. heat generated by combustion and enhanced in a combustion efficiency, which is prepd. by charging saw dust to a container, mixing the saw dust with powdered Al and Fe2O3 and burying a small container full of water in the mixt.

CONSTITUTION: Saw dust 2 is charged to a container 1 and mixed with an adequate amt. of a mixt. 3 of powdered Al and Fe2O3 and a small container full of water is buried in the resulting mixt. When the obtd. wood waste fuel is put into fire and burned, at first the container 1 burns, igniting the saw dust 2, and Al and Fe2O3 are burned by heat of combustion of the saw dust to generate high-temp. heat. By that time, water in the small container 4 has been evaporated, and the resulting water vapor is decomposed by the high-temp. heat into hydrogen and oxygen, which burn together, so that it is possible to increase the effect of combustion.
