Title:
MUTING CIRCUIT OF POWER SUPPLY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6041112
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To output a muting signal clearly at the time of ON/OFF and to prevent the generation of foreign sound at the switching time by providing a power supply muting circuit with a current inflow positive feedback circuit and a current drawing positive feedback circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a power supply voltage VCC is reduced and a transistor (TR) Q18 shows a tendency to be cut off once, the current inflow positive feedback circuit 12 feeds back current inflow positively in the direction turning residual current DELTAI2 flowing into the base of the Q18 to ''0'' and the current pulling positive feedback circuit 13 increases drawing current DELTAI3 from a point B and feeds back the current positively in the direction reducing the base current of the Q18, the Q18 is quickly cut off. When the voltage VCC is changed in the direction of increment on the contrary, the circuit 12 acts in the direction increasing inflow current DELTAI2 to the base of the Q18 and the circuit 13 acts in the direction reducing the drawing current DELTAI3 from the point B to feed back respective current positively. Therefore, a muting signal S generated by turning on/off the power supply at the switching time can be clearly outputted.
