Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a preloader device which is not operated by working force other than working force which is to be applied essentially.
CONSTITUTION: The second link 52 is supported in a turnable manner by a nearly vertical shaft 55, on a supporting shaft 54 which sopports the first link 51 in a turnable manner, and the first link 51 is held for the second link 52 so that the first link 51 and the second link 52 are put into an engagement state, by applying a holding force to the first link 51.
