Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To melt and dispose ash as residue by not only incinerating refuse. SOLUTION: A stoker 1 has an incinerating furnace space 2 in which a refuse is introduced at an upper stage, and a heating space 3 near a bottom wall surface of the space 2 at a lower stage. A first high temperature gas generator 9 supplies high temperature gas into the space 2. A second high temperature gas generator 10 supplies high temperature gas into the space 3. Thus, in the space 3, not only the refuse is incinerated, but also a floor temperature is held at a high temperature due to temperature rise of the space 3 of the lower stage, and incinerated ash is melted. A flue 22 combines the high temperature gases from the spaces 2, 3 and exhausts it. A molten material exhaust passage 24 exhausts the molten material of the incinerated ash.
