CONSTITUTION: The operation switch input method stores the ON/OFF state of the respective operation switches SW0 to SW15 in the switching storage part 32 of the sequencer 10 based on scanning input signals X0 to X3 obtained by impressing scanning output signals Y0 to Y3 to respective operation switch groups 12 to 15 provided with the operation switches SW0 to SW15 provided in a switch input circuit 2. Besides, the display device lighting method executes he dynamic lighting of the respective display devices by impressing switching signals Y4 to Y7 to display device groups 22 to 25 provided with display devices LD0 to LD15 provided for a display device lighting circuit 3 and impressing the data output signals Y8 to Y11 of the ON/OFF state of the display devices LD0 to LD15, which are stored in the display device storage part 37 of the sequencer 10 to the display devices LD0 to LD15.
