(amorphous fluorine resin, amorphous fluorocarbon polymer, etc.) being soluble (preferably having high solubility) to a fluorine series solvent as a binding resin, and the charge generation layer contains a compd. (fluorine substituted phthalocianine, etc.) as an charge generation material.
