Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a station to be increased in number or moved in a simple manner as well as to eliminate to charge batteries for the station or to replace with new ones for a long time by driving communicating means using the power of the batteries for the station, and concurrently continuing/discontinuing the drive of power with a switch opened/closed. CONSTITUTION:If it is directed by a transshipping work command that an article E over a station S is to be recovered, a carrying truck side control means 24 judges, upon receiving the light of an emission element 13a on the part of a carrying truck side communicating means 22, that there exists the article Z over the resting section 11 of the station S, so that the article Z over the station S is recovered with a transshipping means moved. If the content of the transshipping work command is to supply the article Z to the station S, the carrying truck side control means 24 judges that there exist no article E over the resting section 11 of the station S when no light of the emission element 13a is received on the part of the carrying truck side communicating means 22, so that the article E over a carrying truck A is moved over to the resting section 11 of the station S with the article transshipping means 21 moved so as to allow the article E to be supplied.
