Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the processing capacity of hand-writing calculation and to reduce operator's load in input processing by adding a function capable of utilizing a value already displayed by calculation processing as an object to be calculated by a new hand-writing calculation format. CONSTITUTION:A tablet consisting of an integrated coordinate input part 26 and a display part 34 is connected to a data processor, which is constituted of a character/code deciding part 27, character/numeral recognizing part 28, character/numeral/code storing part 29, code recognizing part 30, data extracting part 31, arithmetic processing part 32, and a display data storing part 33. Since the function capable of utilizing a value already displayed by calculation processing as an object to be calculated by a new hand-writing calculation format, the value can be utilized for the succeeding calculation processing by inputting a simple hand-written code without newly hand-writing the value by an operator. Consequently, the processing capacity of hand-writing calculation can be improved and operator's load in input processing can be reduced.
