Abstract:
PURPOSE:To exactly bend the plate material along the projecting line by providing the projecting line to form the bent back part at the central part in the longitudinal direction of the plate material. CONSTITUTION:When the painted wall surfaces 14 of the plate material are bent mutually so as to come into contact with each other, the bending is executed at the bent back part 13 set at the central part of longitudinal direction of the plate material, and the end parts 12 of both wall surfaces can be brought to correspond with mutuality when both wall surfaces of this plate material lap over. And one sheet of the plate material which is provided with plural projecting and recessing parts 105 on the wall surface is bent to form a path for refrigerating agent and the heat transfer tube for heat exchanger is obtained. Further, at the same time of the forming process of plural recessing and projecting parts on the wall surface of the plate material, the projecting line to be the bent part is formed on the central part of longitudinal direction of the plate material. Therefore, because the projecting line to be the bent part is formed at the same time of the forming work of the blank material, the process can be simplified.
