Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat recovery unit intended to make use of the upper layer high-temperature air in a drying chamber of pertinent specification for drying the central bone of tobacco of barley kind using a compact dryer installed inside the drying chamber to suppress the burner fuel oil and CO2 for the compact dryer. SOLUTION: In this heat recovery unit, a high-temperature air existing on the upper part of a rated drying chamber A is fed to a heat pipe-type heat exchanger 15 mounted on a compact dryer B installed inside the drying chamber A by the aid of a circulator 1 to make a heat exchange with the circulating air in the compact dryer B, and concurrently, the combustion gas in the compact dryer B is introduced into the high-temperature air carrying duct of the circulator 1 and used for the heat exchange with the circulating air in the compact dryer B by a heat pipe-type heat exchanger 15.
