Different types of heat-resistant textile fabrics with metal fibres to provide the outer surface of the heat-resistant garment can be obtained by weaving, knitting or needle-punching. Heat-resistant garments can be used to provide protection against contact heat to person, animal or object on which the heat-resistant garment is worn.
