Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the inspection accuracy of the inner bottom surface of a cylindrical body with raised binary level of the image at high speed by inclining an image pick-up means so as not to cause a shade at the concave of a bottom surface, rotating the cylindrical body and the image pick-up means relatively by a rotating means, dividing the bottom surface plural times and performing the image pick-up. CONSTITUTION:A borescope part 53 is inclined to the axis center, an inspecting area is divided into plural, approaches the inner bottom surface, the image pick-up is performed and inspection is performed. In this case, compared to installing the borescope part 53 in the axis center of a laminated tube T and inspecting as one inspecting area, the shade is not caused at the concave part, the binary level adjustment becomes easy and the resolution can be improved. Then, the fault of more micro mixture, scratch, etc., can be inspected. The division of the inspecting area is not limited into 4 divisions shown in the figure and other number of divisions may be enough.
