Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify a system and to reduce the cost of the system by bidirectionally transmitting an information signal between a first device and a second device by one transmission line. CONSTITUTION:In a video camera part, frequency multiplexing is executed to a picture signal V, which is formed in correspondence to a picture to be image-formed by an image pickup lens 1b in a video camera 1, and a sound signal A outputted from a microphone 1a. Then, the signals are modulated by a modulator 2 and after that, the signals are sent through a coupling circuit 3 to one cable 4 which is the transmission line. On the other hand, in a control part, a control signal to the video camera part is modulated by a modulator 29 and sent through the cable 4 which is the transmission line. Thus, since the information signal is bidirectionally transmitted between the first device and second device through the same transmission line, the constitution of the system is simplified and the cost is reduced.
