PURPOSE: To obtain a flock processed product good in feeling by imparting a permanent pattern due to a difference in flexibility to a flocked fabric covered with flock of splittable type conjugate fiber.

CONSTITUTION: This method for producing a flock processed fabric is to partially jet filmy high-pressure water streams 6 on a flocked surface of a flocked fabric 3 covered with flock 23 of splittable type conjugate fiber, form the flock of the splittable type conjugate fiber in parts (A) received the high-pressure water streams 6 into ultrafine fiber of ≤0.5 denier thickness, produce a difference in flexibility and light reflectivity between the parts (A) and parts (B) unreceiving the high-pressure water streams 6 and to provide this flock processed fabric having a pattern due to a difference in the flexibility and light reflectivity. The parts (A) receiving the high-pressure water streams 6 have lighting effects and the pattern due to the difference in the flexibility and light reflectivity between the parts (A) and (B) sustains for a long period.
