PURPOSE: To prevent the wear of the mooring rope by a structure wherein a through hole with the funnel shape upper and lower openings is formed in an anchor and the mooring rope, to the loop part equipped at the tip of which a fastening member with a circular truncated cone shape engaging to the funnel shape lower opening of the through hole is connected, is inserted in the through hole.

CONSTITUTION: The through hole 2 with funnel shape convergence at its upper and lower openings 3 and 9 is formed in the anchor main body 1. A annular groove 7 is formed at the funnel shape lower opening 3. The mooring rope 5, the tip of which is formed in a loop connecting to the fastening member 6 with a circular truncated cone shape engaging to the funnel shape lower opening 3, is inserted in the through hole. Projections 8 are formed on the slant face of the circular truncated cone shape fastening member 6 so as to engage with the annular groove 7 in order to hold the fastening member 6 and the anchor 1 in one body even when the mooring rope 5 gets loose. Because the mooring rope 5 normally does not contact with the through hole, the wear of the like of the mooring rope 5 can be prevented.
