PURPOSE: To prepare a Kamaboko (boiled fish paste) having a cross sectional shape rich in diversity and variety and good appearance, by providing a rotating means to form an upper raw material and a coating raw material and a fixed means to make a core pattern, positioned at the center of the rotating means.

CONSTITUTION: The hollow revolving shaft 5 is rotated. When raw materials are fed from the raw material pipe 7 for a core pattern, the feed pipe 10 for an upper raw material, the feed pipes 11, 11' and 11" for a coating raw material, and the feed pipe 14 for a lower raw material respectively, the dividing discs 3, 3', 3", and 3''' are simultaneously rotated, and the transportation pipe 12 and the molding nozzle 13, 13' and 13" for forming a coating part are rotated. Consequently, the coating raw material Cd1 is spirally applied to the periphery of the upper raw material b extruded through the transportation pipe 12. While, the raw material a for core pattern is extruded through the fixed transportation pipe 9 for core to the center of the upper raw material b, and the lower raw material f is extruded from the nozzle 15 for forming the lower raw material to give a Kamaboko with a board.
