PURPOSE: To increase the number of painting colors without increasing the number of paint feeders by disposing ≥1 pair of paint injecting nozzles in the annular groove of a spraying head and injecting simultaneously paints of different colors.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of paint injecting nozzles 7, 8 are provided to a body 1 of a rotary atomizing and electrostatically painting device. The paint injecting ports 9, 10 of the nozzles 7, 8 are disposed in an annular groove 5. The nozzle 7 is connected to the main passage 12 of the 1st color selector valve 11 and the nozzle 8 to the main passage 14 of the 2nd color selector valve 13. The passage 12 is provided with branch passages a, b, e, g and the passage 14 with branch passages c, d, f, h. The passage a is connected via a stop valve A to the 1st paint feeder 1 and is provided with a regulator 15a, a pump 16a and a tank 17a. The other passages bWh are similar to said passage. Then multiple-color paints are painted simply by mixing the paints having different colors in the annular groove of the spraying head.
