Title:
INK TYPE DOT PRINTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS588665
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the durability along with a higher speed responsiveness by allowing the supporting of a movable section for driving a print wire on a torsion spring with the rotation thereof receiving a driving force from a driven section containing a coil.

CONSTITUTION: When this printer is at rest, an armature lever 25 is attracted onto a core 20 with a permanent magnet 22 so that a torsion spring 27 supporting the lever 25 is twisted and charged. With a printing command, a coil 21 is energized to relatively cancel the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 22 and the lever 25 is turned by a resilience of the torsion spring 27 while losing the attraction force to drive a printing wire 30. It perform a dot printing on a recording paper 33 and returned when the energization is halted. This spring 27 is so relatively high in the natural frequency as to make sufficient room for the stress limit thereby improving the high speed responsiveness and the stability of the action thereof. As the spring 27 can be fixed on a yoke 23 and the lever 25 by welding or the like, the relative position thereof is set positively.
