PURPOSE: To obtain shape-up clothes wearable without feeling fatigue even after wearing thereof for a long period.

CONSTITUTION: These shape-up clothes are obtained by helically arranging a beltlike material 8 having stretch performance difference from that of a clothes body (5a) in the direction from the objective site for the shape-up to a skeletal muscle and attaching the beltlike material 8 to the clothes body (5a) so as to suppress the elongation of the beltlike material 8 in the objective site for the shape-up from other parts by a difference in the stretch performance between the clothes body (5a) and the beltlike material 8 by wearing.
