Abstract:
PURPOSE:To operate an electric lamp so as to provide a comfortable brightness from a human activity to sleep. CONSTITUTION:A variable resistor VR1 and the contact ry2 of a relay Ry2 are connected in series to an electric lamp 4. The contact ry2 is controlled by a lighting mode control means 7. The variable resistor VR1 is regulated to set the light output level of the electric lamp 4 to an optional level. When a fluorescent lamp 1 is switched to the electric lamp 4, a transistor Q2 is on, whereby the relay RY2 is driven to turn on the contact Thus, the electric lamp 4 outputs a light at the level set by the variable resistor VR1.
