Abstract:

PURPOSE: To give the title polyolefin molding which has non-yellowing coating layer and enables the molding to be colored in a light shade and to lowered in the costs by coating the PP base with a primer containing a tin compound of a specific structure and a top coating.

CONSTITUTION: The objective moldings are produced by coating the PP base with a primer containing a tin compound of formula I (R1, R2 are alkyl; R3, R4 are laurate, maleate or mercaptide group), for example, the compound of formula II and a top coating. It is preferred that the amount of the tin compound be 0.5 to 30wt.% based on the solid resin of the primer and the primer resin comprises a polyolefin or chlorinated polyolefin resin and an epoxy resin.
