Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for applying taurine to a smoking person by inhalation. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is composed of a filtering material 4 containing taurine 5 and passing and filtering the smoke of burning cigarette 3 and a means for introducing the taurine into the smoke in the course of passing the smoke through the filtering material 4. The apparatus is useful for the prevention of the respiratory duct diseases of smokers.
