With an end wall 20 of the dry wall materials D inserted into a water flow groove 8 of the floor panel plate B on a wall substrate, the dry wall materials D are arranged and fixed at multiple stages at the right and left of a vertical piece by the fixture β. Then, the engaging piece of the long metal decorative cap C is inserted into a close fitting groove 5 of the floor panel plate B to form a close-fitting piece and an engaging claw integrally.
