PURPOSE: To provide a cosmetic good in feeling after use with being smooth to the touch and refreshed, also capable of preventing makeup spoilage due to sebum, thus capable of sustaining initial makeup situation, consisting of a combination of a specific organopolysiloxane, volatile lubricant and highly oil-absorbing powder.
CONSTITUTION: The objective cosmetic consisting of a combination of (A) pref. 2-20wt.% of an organopolysiloxane of formula I (R1 and R2 are each alkyl; R3 is alkyl, alkenyl or fluoroalkyl; R4 is alkyl alkenyl or fluoroalkyl; l is ≥2; m is ≥3; (l+m) is 5-6000), e.g. a compound of formula II, (B) pref. 0.5-40 wt.% of a volatile lubricant (pref. a combination of a volatile silicone oil with, as necessary, an isoparaffin hydrocarbon) and (C) pref. 5-20wt.% of highly oil- absorbing powder capable of absorbing squalane at ≥1.5wt. times its own weight [e.g. an acrylate copolymer composed of structural units of formula III (R5 is alkylene) and formula IV (R6 is alkyl), respectively].
