Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform precise medical treatment while correctly real-time monitoring diseased part by providing a magnetic resonance imaging device, a medical treatment means for treating the diseased part, which includes a catheter inserted in a patient body, and a driving means for performing the medical treatment operation for the diseased part by remote control according to a command from an electric computer. CONSTITUTION:After the end of setting a patient, the magnetic field distribution in the body of the patient 6 is measured, and magnetic resonance imaging is performed to position the diseased part and position an insert port of a catheter 21. At this time, when the positioning operation for the diseased part 40 and the catheter insert port 50 is performed through a console 14, the information on the position where the catheter 21 is moved is transmitted from an electronic computer 13 to a medical treatment apparatus 16, and a manipulator 22 is automatically operated to move the catheter 21 on a straight line 52. When the correct insertion of the catheter 21 is confirmed from a magnetic resonance image on an image display 15 and a medical treatment start command is input through the console 14, medical care is performed.
