Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of special correction input processing designation or prevent soling of document input zone by matching the cursor at a position to be corrected of input information and executing the correction by inputting at an arbitrary position outside the normal input designation zone. CONSTITUTION:In case the operator applies hand-writing input with an input pen 1a on the original placed upon the tablet 1, character information input in the character input frame zone of the original, in correspondence with the position of the character input frame is stored in the document buffer 9. In case of input, outside the character frame zone, the cursor is matched with the position of input information to be corrected, and by setting the document buffer 9 housing position with the document buffer address register 4a the characters input outside the character frame zone replaces the character expressed in the AR4a at the time of character input and is stored. That is the recognition character inputted immediately before is replaced with the recognition character inputted outside the character frame zone and thereby corrected.
